Returns & Exchanges

At KUURTH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all KUURTH tags still attached to ensure they remain in unworn, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
